Security Bulletin 190129: Suspicious Incidents Near Northwood V

The University of Michigan Division of Public Safety and Security received multiple reports, from the Northwood area, of incidents involving a subject calling females to his car to ask for directions. He then makes inappropriate sexual comments. The incidents involve an individual described by witnesses as a male, approximately 40 yrs of age, short dark hair, clean shaven, no accent, driving a small, dark-colored sedan.
